“Get In The Ring” is an international startup contest, run over multiple rounds and culminating in a global final in Portugal. In September 2017 Jeroen was invited to take part in the Singapore round, pitching on behalf of Orca. He won. This resulted in an expenses-paid trip to Lisbon, Portugal, at the end of May 2018, so Jeroen could compete in the global final, where he finished runner up.
